Refunds and Returns

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases from Organise my.....; but please choose carefully and be aware that we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.

If the item is faulty or has a manufacturing defect please return it to us (with your receipt and copy of your order) within 7 days and we will be happy to replace the item and resend another free of charge.
Where the same product is unavailable, we will refund the purchase price of the product or, if you wish to exchange it for another item, we will issue a credit voucher to the value of your purchase. We will not be liable for any amount over and above the price paid for the goods.

All returned goods must be unused and returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt. We will need purchase details for verification. Please also advise us why you are returning the item. Upon assessment of the returned item we will either replace or exchange the goods, or issue a credit voucher to the value of your purchase.

We regret that postage and delivery costs cannot be refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive any goods you are returning to us. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit so please be sure to pack your items carefully and to send your parcel in the most secure way. Please also keep proof of postage.
